We’ve dealt with a handful of appliance repair folks in greater LB over the last 15 yrs. After a recent fridge repair, I’d say Pacific Coast Appliance are hands down the best: Professional, experienced, courteous, very responsive and a great value ($29 service call vs $100 for most others).
Leo was our man and he was fabulous. When he initially came, the fridge was not making noise. He did an inspection and gave us some education on what to look and listen for and gave us his cell to call. Then, our fridge stopped working on a Saturday and the freezer was thawed. Despite having other customers, Leo made it over by 4 PM that same day and worked until 6. He was terrific and very clean. Thanks for a job well done. Won’t call anyone else for kitchen appliance repair.
