We had an issue with our dryer that another company had come out to fix and hadn’t done so properly. Low and behold one day later our dryer was blowing out cold air. We had just returned from a trip on Friday with a ton of laundry and needed it fixed asap. I contacted Pacific and was given a reply and call time within the hour and then next day they came out to fix it. While the repair man was here he gave us a thorough analysis of what was happening and took photographs to prove what he was finding behind the dryer that we couldn’t see. Within an hour he had fixed the dryer, cleaned up any mess that had been made, and was done. He was so professional and lovely to deal with. We will definitely use them in the future!
